I am a qualified nutritional therapist based in London. I offer personalised dietary recommendations to help with a range of health issues, particularly women's health. My aim is to help you achieve a good relationship with food to sustain health and well-being.

My practice is scientifically evidence-based.
Please contact me to have a free 15 minute chat, to get to know one another and discuss your health worries. After initial contact I ask my clients to record an honest food diary for at least three days - no judgement! This gives me a picture of your eating habits and nutritional status. After this we have a 90-minute in person (or online) consultation whereby I can gather a case history, discuss symptoms, current coping strategies, life and food habits, likes and dislikes. (This might include recommendations of tests via your GP or privately, e.g. iron, or hormonal profile.)
After the consultation I develop a clear personalised plan, which contains nutritional and lifestyle advice, plus supplement recommendations if needed. Follow-up appointments are offered to check and discuss your progress and to make any adjustments to the plan if appropriate. Several follow-ups may be necessary depending on the severity of your health issue.
My aim is not only to help you with your existing health condition, but also to encourage you to develop and sustain a lifelong, positive relationship with food. Understanding that the food we choose to eat every day has a huge impact on the way we feel, our mood, energy levels, and many more physiological processes within the human body such as digestion, sleep, hormonal balance and physical and mental performance.
But keeping to a healthy nutritional lifestyle sometimes needs a bit of help, especially when you lead a busy life. I offer coaching to teach meal planning, ensuring all the healthy foods your body wants are at hand in the store cupboard; how to avoid processed foods and how instead to choose seasonal, best quality produce with optimum nutritional content. And at the same time ensure that you enjoy both cooking and eating. Healthy food never has to be boring. There are many simple, time saving methods to cook delicious nutritional meals, for yourself and for your family too. Should you prefer I can prepare weekly or monthly meal plans to follow. And I have a list of easy recipes - tried and tested on my own teenage family and friends.
